Any non-defective sink returned must be in the original packaging and include all the accompanying accessories, parts, and documentation. All returns require a pre-authorized return goods authorization (RGA) from My Sinks & Faucets. A 15% restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns, and return freight to My Sinks & Faucets must be prepaid. My Sinks & Faucets reserves the right to inspect any sink reported to be defective before the replacement of the sink.
Shipping costs are prepaid in the continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska, or PO Boxes. Please inspect all packages upon arrival. Any product damaged during transit will require a freight claim. Please contact the My Sinks & Faucets customer service department to file a freight claim.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Please allow 2-7 business days transit time.
